We have been supplying Bartlett’s with potatoes
for over 12 years from our farms in Morayshire
and Aberdeenshire. We grow a large number of
varieties that include: Rooster, King Edward,
Desiree, Valour and Orla. Additionally 25% of
our potato area is grown organically. Aside form
potatoes we also grow carrots, parsnips and
cereals such as wheat for livestock feeding and
barley for malting.

We are a member of the Rural Stewardship
Scheme which helps us create and maintain
wildlife habitats on our farms and surrounding
areas. Away from the day to day activities of the
farm I enjoy going to the annual Royal Highland
Show and this year was involved in giving a brief
overview of my farming activity on Central FM,
who were broadcasting live from Bartlett’s stand. I am also involved with our local schools in events such as Super Spuds, where we teach school children how to grow potatoes.
