From our farm in Perthshire we have been supplying Bartlett’s with potatoes for the last 20 years. We provide the company with 4 different
varieties including Osprey, King Edwards, Orla
and their well known Rooster potato. However
growing potatoes is not our sole occupation.
We also cultivate a significant amount of spring
barley for malting and Scottish raspberries for a
wide range of retailers.

The crops we grow are our main source of
income, therefore it is important to us that our
land and soil is maintained in the correct way.
We have utilised our wetland areas to encourage
different species of birds, as well as creating
natural woodland breaks. It is anticipated that
this will not only encourage birds but also a
diverse range of insects. Outside of farming Bill is a member of Blairgowrie golf club where he
enjoys participating in all events on and off the
course.
