Andrew Fairlie of Andrew Fairlie@Gleneagles is widely regarded to be Scotland’s top chef. While Michel Roux is Chef de Cuisine at London’s famous Le Gavroche restaurant.
They are two of the very few chefs in Britain to enjoy coveted Michelin two-star status. And two of the many fans of our Rooster potatoes.
