Cheltenham Festival

Established more than 100 years ago, the Cheltenham Festival is the most prestigious meeting in the National Hunt racing calendar with race prize money second only to the Grand National.

Commencing with this year's 2000 Guineas we are supporting the Classic and Champion winning jockey Jamie Spencer.

It is an event where many of the best British and Irish trained horses race against each other, to an extent unheard of during the rest of the racing season. This factor and the timing of the festival in March close to St. Patrick's Day, we have sponsored the Albert Bartlett Novice Hurdle Series for the last two years. The four day event draws huge crowds and is noted for its atmosphere, most notably the "Cheltenham roaz", that the crowd famously generates as the horses clear the final bend enter the home straight.
