TEAM LEADERS (DAY SHIFT & BACK SHIFT)
You will be highly self motivated and enthusiastic with a drive to continually learn and improve. Excellent communication and people management skills are essential. You will be required to motivate and equip your team to deliver on key business objectives; quality, production efficiency and ultimately to satisfy our customers expectations.

Hourly Rate: £7.90 per hour (+ 50p per hour Back Shift Allowance)

PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS & QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTORS (DAY SHIFT & BACK SHIFT)
You will be enthusiastic, keen to learn, be a good team player, have a strong attention to detail, and be focused on delivering great customer service. You will need supervisory experience coupled with strong people skills and you will use these skills to help the production team deliver on key business targets and levels of service.

Hourly Rate: £6.50 per hour (+ 50p per hour Back Shift Allowance)

FORK LIFT DRIVERS (DAY SHIFT & BACK SHIFT)
You will be required to load and unload fresh produce to ensure production targets are met. A counterbalance licence is essential as is previous experience.

Hourly Rate: £6.50 per hour rising to £6.75 per hour after initial training period
(+ 50p per hour Back Shift Allowance)

PRODUCTION OPERATORS (DAY SHIFT & BACK SHIFT)
You will be required to grade and pack fresh produce for our customer base. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, however you will be a good team player and have a willingness to learn.

Hourly Rate: Age 16 & 17 £4.75 per hour

Age 18+ £5.85 per hour (+ 50p per hour Back Shift Allowance)

HOURS OF WORK
Day Shift:
8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday

Back Shift:
5.00 p.m. to 1.30 a.m. Monday to Thursday & 9.00 a.m. – 5.30 p.m. on Sunday
