MEET THE FARMERS

We supply Bartlett's potatoes from our farming unit in Angus. This is our second year of supplying them. The 6 varieties we grow are Cultra, Saxon, Rooster, Piper Osprey and King Edward.

We also grow winter wheat, winter barley, spring barley, oil seed rape and daffodils. This spread of crops ensures we are kept busy throughout the year!

We are very aware of the environmental responsibilities that farmers have. To actively encourage various species of wildlife we sow strips of wild bird seed mixtures in key areas on our farms. On our main farm there is a large natural pond which links to various smaller ponds. We have left this area undisturbed as it is a breeding ground for swans, ducks and lots of other wildlife.

We are both keen golfers and are active members of Edzell Golf Club.
