MEET THE FARMERS

Steve Baudains

We have been supplying Bartlett with Jersey Royal Potatoes for 2 years, and are based in the middle of the island, our farm is in St Lawrence which is quite central. Other crops that we grow are courgettes, barley, grass and mustard.

As members of LEAF for many years we follow their advice on the best ways for the environment and plant wild grasses, flowers for conservation.

We also help local schools on growing potatoes and give advice on other crops.
