Airdrie: From humble beginnings with just £30 spent on a boiler and bath for beetroot, Airdrie has been the site of a £30m investment over the last four years. It is both our headquarters and our potato facility; arguably the most modern and environmentally friendly installation of its type in Europe.
	Chatteris: The base of our carrot, onion and parsnip operation. Originally established almost 40 years ago, it too has grown from humble beginnings. Last year saw us expand through the acquisition of a nearby business, but some £8 million is also being invested on further improving the facilities at our original location.
