OSPREY POTATO

Developed as recently as 2000, the Osprey is another variety that is exclusive to us. It was originally developed for baking, but has earned an excellent reputation in salads and as an all-rounder. An early maincrop variety, the Osprey is bred from the Kestrel variety and is characterised by its smooth skin and shallow pink eyes.
