The Vivaldi is a relatively new variety that is grown in differing climatic regions so that it is fresh each of the ‘four seasons’. Hence the name.

It has a thin, light yellow skin and flesh with a unique velvety texture. You do not have to add any butter; making this potato a must in any healthy diet.

It has a buttery taste which accompanies its ultra smooth texture. This makes it great for mashing, steaming, baking and microwaving.

It is suited to many different cooking styles as it can absorb different flavours whilst holding its shape whether hot or cold.

The Vivaldi received a Gold award in the Fresh Produce category at the National Quality Food Awards.
