Developed as recently as 2000 by Scottish potato breeders, we hold the sole rights for the Osprey Potato: chosen farmers supplying us are licensed to grow this bold tuber. The Osprey originally was developed for baking, but more recently experimentation in varying soils has yielded potatoes readily suitable for all uses.

An early maincrop variety, the Osprey is bred from the Kestrel variety and is characterised by its smooth skin and shallow pink eyes.
