When the prestigious Michelin Guide bestowed Andrew Fairlie@Gleneagles with its coveted two star status, Andrew was the only chef in Scotland to receive the honour. It crowned a remarkable 6 months for him. The previous July, he had been asked to cook for Bush, Blair, Berlusconi, etc at the G8 conference, wringing praise from that celebrated food critic, Jacques Chirac.

As well as these dishes, Andrew created healthy eating recipes for Scotland's schools.

Michel Roux is one of Britain’s most famous chefs. Since 1991 he has been Chef de Cuisine at Le Gavroche, his family’s celebrated London restaurant and the first in the UK to enjoy one, two and three star status in the Michelin Guide.

A regular writer and broadcaster, Michel has won numerous culinary awards and was recently elected to membership of the prestigious Maitre Cuisinier de France.
