In the spring of 2007 we organised a recipe competition.
In advertising and on-pack we asked home cooks to send in their favourite Rooster recipe.
And asked Andrew Fairlie and Michel Roux, two of Britain’s very few Two Michelin star winning

chefs, and two of the Roosters many
fans, to judge the results.
Here are the winners and their winning
dishes. Some are main meals, some
are side dishes,all of them are simple
to prepare and delicious to eat.
